Why this business exists

Keep More of Your Settlement.

Property owners should be able to seek experienced representation without automatically giving up a large portion of the recovery intended to repair their property.

An efficient operating model, modern technology, and deep claims experience can support fair representation while keeping the focus on careful analysis, legitimate losses, and the policyholder's best interests.

Technology supports the process.

Professional experience guides the decision.

Purposeful technology

Technology for Efficiency. Experience for Judgment.

AI and technology support the claim-review process. They do not replace professional judgment. Information can be organized and evaluated more efficiently, while experienced professionals remain responsible for interpreting the claim and advising the property owner.

About the firm

Decades of Property Claims Experience

Consumer's Public Adjuster was founded on more than two decades of experience working inside the property claims process.

My career has included residential and commercial property losses, catastrophe claims, estimating, claim management, mediation, appraisal, training, and complex claim evaluation. Much of that experience was gained from the adjusting side of the insurance industry—giving me a practical understanding of how insurers investigate, document, evaluate, and resolve property claims.

Over the years, I also came to believe that experienced claim representation should not have to consume a large portion of a policyholder's recovery. Consumer's Public Adjuster was created to offer a different approach: experienced professional guidance, efficient use of technology, transparent lower-cost representation, and no unnecessary pressure.

It begins with a free preliminary claim review. We'll look at what you have, help you understand where your claim stands, and discuss whether professional representation makes sense. If it doesn't, you shouldn't be pressured into hiring someone.

The objective is simple: help policyholders pursue the legitimate benefits available under their policy—and keep more of the recovery that belongs to them.

Common questions

Start with clarity.

What is a preliminary claim review?+

An experienced evaluation of your policy, photos, estimates, and correspondence by a professional with more than two decades of property claims experience. We identify coverage questions, documentation needs, and claim issues to help you understand where you stand before deciding on next steps.

Does a review mean I am hiring a public adjuster?+

No. Formal representation begins only after a separate Public Adjuster Contract is reviewed and signed.

What should I prepare?+

Start with any policy documents, photos, estimates, repair information, and insurer communications you already have — including emails, estimates, invoices, and other written communications with the insurance company and/or their adjusters.
